Mini Cruise from Opatija to Zadar (3 Days)

The Croatian Coastal Cruise fleet offers relaxing, scenic cruises around the glittering Dalmatian coastline. The fleet comprises of six different categories of ship. The traditional en-suite category are traditional wooden ships, with an air-conditioned salon and small sun deck furnished with deck chairs. Cabins in this class have a private shower and WC and mostly bunk beds. Services included: continental breakfasts, three course lunches.

Embark

Embark the ship in Opatija.

Day 1: Opatija

The boats departs from Opatija at 13:00h (late arrivals can join in Krk) with lunch on board followed by a swimming stop in the crystal clear sea en-route to Krk island - the largest of the Croatian islands. Discover the gentle green promenades bare rocky wilderness, tiny islands and hundreds of hidden bays and beaches. Evening at leisure to enjoy numerous cafes and restaurants alongside the waterfront. Overnight in town of Krk.

Day 2: Krk - Rab Island

After breakfast cruise towards Rab island known as the “island of love”. Explore this fascinating town encircled by medieval walls, Romanesque church towers, churches, palaces, stone streets and ancient facades. Enjoy the “gallery” on the streets and squares and try the famous “Rapska torta“ cake. Overnight in town of Rab.

Day 3: Rab Island - Zadar

Morning cruise from Rab towards Zadar along Pag island with a swimming stop on tiny Maun island. Arrive in Zadar at 14:00h, followed by check-out. For centuries, Zadar was the metropolis of Dalmatia, and today the centre of the region. Here you can see The Roman forum dating back to the 1st century AD, the church of St. Donatus from the 9th century AD with the most famous medieval basilica and the symbol of the city, the mighty city walls with representative Port and Land gates from the 16th century AD, and numerous palaces, villas. Of special interest are the contemporary and famous Zadar Sea Organ, one of a kind in the world and the “The Greeting to the Sun” light installation. An optional guided tour of Zadar is possible.

Disembark

Disembark the ship in Zadar.
